摘　　要：在我国开展的城市基础建设和商业建设过程中,经常会遇到建设项目的区域内有不可移动的建筑文物,造成了开发建设与文物保护之间的矛盾。为解决这一矛盾,将建筑文物先拆除,后在原址复建或异地复建,成为一项重要的解决方案。该文针对复建的建筑文物中的机电设计和施工的要点进行简要阐述,旨在为行业相关人员提供一定的参考。In the process of urban infrastructure and commercial construction in China,it is common to encounter immovable architectural relics in construction project areas,which leads to a contradiction between development and construction and cultural relic protection.To solve this contradiction,demolishing architectural relics first and then rebuilding them on their original sites or another places has become an important solution.This article briefly expounds the key points of electrommechanical design and construction in reconstructed architectural relics,aiming to provide some reference for relevant personnel in the industry.
