摘  要:该实验通过标准曲线的制作、两种水样和质控样的精密度以及准确度分析,得出此消解法的重复性都较好,并且均符合质量控制要求。用过硫酸盐氧化法联合测定总磷总氮,可以使两种项目同时进行消解,大大节省了等待时间。但是过硫酸钾溶解度较低,在低温环境下易析出过硫酸钾晶体,会影响测定结果,因此要注意实验室温度不要过低。In this experiment,through the analysis of the production of standard curves and the precision and accu‐racy of two water samples and quality control samples,it is obtained that the repeatability of the digestion method is good and is in line with the quality control requirement.The combined determination of total phosphorus and total nitrogen by the persulfate oxidation method can make the two items be digested at the same time,which saves waiting time greatly.However,the solubility of potassium persulfate is low and is easy to precipitate potassium per‐sulfate crystals at low temperature,which will affect determination results,so the temperature in the laboratory should be paid attention to and not be too low.
