摘　　要：情报服务的主要目的是为客户提供有用的信息和分析,以实现客户的决策需求。基于信息化技术的不断发展,情报服务在各个领域中起到了愈加重要的作用。为充分发挥科技情报智慧服务的作用与价值,该文明确了科技情报智慧服务的关键要素——智慧数据、用户需求、智能技术、科技情报工作者、科技情报智慧服务平台,并指出科技情报智慧服务具有情报数据多源性、用户需求敏感性、分析技术智能性、智慧服务场景化的特征。基于此,该文阐述了多源数据驱动,确定了智慧服务模式构建思路,在用户需求智慧感知功能、情报服务智慧决策功能、用户服务智能推送功能3个方面,对数据驱动下科技情报智慧服务模式的构建进行研究。The main purpose of intelligence services is to provide customers with useful information and analysis to meet their decision-making needs.Based on the continuous development of information technology,intelligence services have played an increasingly important role in various fields.In order to give full play to the role and value of the intelligent services of scientific and technological intelligence,this paper identifies the key elements of the intel‐ligent services of scientific and technological intelligence:intelligent data,user needs,intelligent technology,scien‐tific and technological intelligencers,and the intelligent service platforms of scientific and technological intelligence,and points out that the intelligent services of scientific and technological intelligence have the characteristics of the multi-source of intelligence data,the sensitivity of user needs,the intelligence of analytical technology,and the sce‐nario of intelligent services.Based on this,this article expounds the multi-source data-driven method,determines the idea of constructing intelligent service models,and studies the construction of the data-driven intelligent service models of scientific and technological intelligence from three aspects:the intelligent perception function of user needs,the intelligent decision-making function of intelligence services,and the intelligent push function of user services.
