摘　　要：为了改善并预防土地规划利用中的土壤污染现象,本文分析了土地利用规划中土壤污染防治的困境,并提出了环保对策。本文从农业生产、居民日常生活和工业生产等方面,分析了土地利用规划中土壤污染的成因。在土壤污染防治中存在土壤环保知识宣传教育滞后、土壤污染防治资金短缺以及土壤污染防治法律法规不健全等困境。本文提出了加强环境宣传教育、拓展土壤污染防治资金来源以及健全我国土壤污染防治法律体系等土地利用规划中土壤污染防治的环保对策,以进一步改善并预防土地规划利用中的土壤污染现象。In order to improve and prevent soil pollution in land use planning,the dilemma of soil pollution prevention and control in land use planning and environmental protection countermeasures are put forward.This paper analyzes the causes of soil pollution in land use planning from the aspects of agricultural production,residents’daily life and industrial production.In the prevention and control of soil pollution,there are some difficulties,such as lagging publicity and education of soil environmental protection knowledge,shortage of funds for soil pollution prevention and control,and imperfect laws and regulations for soil pollution prevention and control.By strengthening environmental publicity and education,expanding the sources of funds for soil pollution prevention and control,and perfecting the legal system for soil pollution prevention and control in China,environmental protection countermeasures for soil pollution prevention and control in land use planning are put forward,which further improves and prevents soil pollution in land use planning and utilization.
