秸秆材料用于蛋类产品包装的设计与制造研究

摘　　要：绿色设计是产品设计中一个非常重要的观念,践行这一理念的重要步骤就是设计选用的原材料要绿色、低碳以及环保。近些年来,使用农业副产品为原材料所制造的产品大量进入广大群众的日常生活,而以农业秸秆为代表的农业副产品资源总量与产量极其丰富,就我国的情况而言,农业秸秆在近10年来的产量稳定在8亿吨/年,凭借高产量的特性,农业秸秆成为生物制造的最主要原料。因此,研究秸秆材料应用于产品设计上的意义非常重要。基于这种趋势,文章撰写者提出了一种新型秸秆材料制作蛋类包装的设计,并进行相关设计调查与实践,最后阐述基于这个设计的展望与总结。Green design is a very important concept in product design,and an important step in practicing this concept is to use green raw materials in the design;Low carbon and environmentally friendly.In recent years,the trend of applying agricultural by-products to product manufacturing has swept through the daily lives of the general public.The total resources and production of agricultural by-products,represented by agricultural straw,are extremely abundant.In China,the production of agricultural straw has remained stable at 800 million tons per year in the past decade.With its high yield characteristics,agricultural straw has become the most important raw material for biological manufacturing.Therefore,the significance of studying the application of straw materials in product design is very important.Based on this trend,the author of the article proposes a design for a new type of straw material for egg packaging,conducts relevant design investigations and practices,and finally elaborates on the outlook and summary based on this design.
