摘　　要：本研究旨在探索基于服务设计理念的小区无人配送服务系统设计。服务设计方法论以用户为核心,整合多学科和方法,从用户角度理解需求、整合利益相关者参与,提供需求的服务价值。本研究以服务设计理念为指导,探讨小区无人配送服务系统设计,从多个维度如利益相关者、用户画像、服务蓝图等进行研究,为无人配送服务系统的实际应用提供理论支持。This research aims to explore the design of community unmanned delivery service system based on the concept of service design.Service design methodology takes users as the core,integrates multiple disciplines and methods,understands needs from the perspective of users,integrates stakeholder participation,and provides service value for needs.Guided by the concept of service design,this study explores the design of unmanned delivery service systems in communities,and conducts research from multiple dimensions such as stakeholders,user portraits,service blueprints,etc.,to provide theoretical support for the practical application of unmanned delivery service systems.
