摘 要:油页岩干馏废水中氨氮浓度均值在4000 mg/L,属于高氨氮废水,为了寻求适合油页岩干馏工艺特点的废水处理方案,分析了该废水水质特点,开展空气吹脱法和蒸汽汽提法对比工艺分析。结果表明:空气吹脱法为传统脱氮工艺,需补充大量碳源和碱度,污水处理厂运行成本极高,同时造成氨氮资源浪费;蒸汽汽提法结合干馏工艺特点,将废水中的氨氮提炼浓缩为15%以上浓氨水,再应用到干馏工艺的脱硫单元,实现污染物质在系统内部再利用。The average concentration of ammonia nitrogen in oil shale retorting wastewater is 4000 mg/L,belonging to high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.In order to find a wastewater treatment scheme suitable for the characteristics of oil shale retorting process,the article analyzes water quality characteristics of the wastewater,and carries out the comparison process analysis of air stripping method and steam stripping method.The results show that the air stripping method is a traditional nitrogen removal process,which needs to supplement a large amount of carbon source and alkalinity,and the operation cost of the wastewater treatment plant is very high,which also causes waste of ammonia nitrogen resources.The steam stripping method combines the characteristics of the retorting process,refining and concentrating the ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater into more than 15%concentrated ammonia,and then applying it to the desulfurization unit of the retorting process to realize the reuse of pollutants in the system.
