摘 要:分析了煤炭行业数字矿山建设的现状及系统基本架构,介绍了国内外数字矿山建设情况;分析了国内外大型矿用挖掘机智能化现状和国内大型矿用挖掘机基于安全防护、状态监测、健康管理、远程系统为基础的智能化功能开发与应用情况。结果表明:目前国内大型矿用挖掘机智能化建设在实现安全防护、状态监测、健康管理、远程系统为基础的智能化功能开发的基础上将逐步实现单个设备智能化及多设备智能集中控制,从而有效提高大型矿用挖掘机自身的生产能力,使社会发展需求得到有效的满足。The article analyzes the current situation and basic system architecture of digital mining construction in the coal industry,and introduces the construction situation of digital mines both domestically and internationally.We analyze the current situation of intelligent mining excavators both domestically and internationally,as well as the development and application of intelligent functions based on safety protection,status monitoring,health management,and remote systems for domestic large-scale mining excavators.The results show that the current intelligent construction of large-scale mining excavators in China will gradually achieve single device intelligence and multi device intelligent centralized control based on the development of intelligent functions such as safety protection,status monitoring,health management,and remote systems,thereby effectively improving the production capacity of large-scale mining excavators and meeting the needs of social development.
