摘 要:为了系统解决储煤筒仓煤炭自燃无法及时预测及发火后难以处理的问题,从建立储煤筒仓智能保护系统和日常生产组织管理2个方面提供了解决方案;建立了包括监测系统、惰化保护系统、消防系统、自动泄爆系统以及控制系统在内的筒仓智能化保护系统,对筒仓内煤温、自燃指标气体进行监测,并通过泄爆、惰化、水消防系统进行应急处置;同时通过进仓煤温、仓位、动火、给煤机循环等日常管理,减少煤炭发热自燃可能性。结果表明:通过现场实际应用,筒仓智能化保护系统能够有效减少和处置筒仓储煤自燃发热情况,保护了筒仓的安全运行,提升了筒仓安全管理水平。In order to systematically solve the problem that spontaneous combustion of coal in coal storage silos cannot be predicted in time and difficult to handle after ignition,this article provides solutions from two aspects:establishing an intelligent protection system for coal storage silos and daily production organization and management,establishes an intelligent protection system for silo including monitoring system,inerting protection system,fire protection system,automatic explosion venting system and control system,monitors the coal temperature and spontaneous combustion indicator gas in the silo,and carries out emergency treatment through explosion venting,inerting and water fire protection systems.At the same time,the possibility of coal heating and spontaneous combustion is reduced through daily management such as coal temperature,storage position,hot-fire,and coal feeder circulation.The results show that through on-site practical application,the intelligent protection system of silo can effectively reduce and deal with the spontaneous combustion and heating of coal in silo,protect the safe operation of silo,and improve the level of silo safety management.
