摘　　要：为了解决平路机机具系统工作装置在矿山日常工作中经常出现各种突发故障的难题,分析了平路机设备机具系统工作装置频繁出现故障的情况,对平路机机具系统工作装置开展了技术创新与改进。结果表明:矿用平路机机具系统工作装置的创新与改进解决了平路机机具系统工作装置频繁出现故障的难题,同时增加了工作装置回转支撑齿牙的使用寿命,避免了人员在检修过程中的不安全因素。In order to solve the problem that the working device of the machine tool system of the level road machine often appears various sudden troubles in the daily work of the mine,this article analyzes the situation that the working device of the machine tool system of the level road machine frequently appears faults,and carries out the technical innovation and improvement of the working device of the machine tool system of the road grader.The results show that the problem of frequent failure of the working device of the working device of the machine system of the mine road-leveling machine is solved by the innovation and improvement of the working device of the machine system of the road-leveling machine,and the service life of the rotary supporting teeth of the working device is increased,which avoid unsafe factors of personnel in the process of maintenance.
