摘 要:分析了重型卡车转向系统存在的问题,利用转向系统与无人感知系统相结合并配备转向位移传感器与电比例换向阀,将转向系统由油路控制改造为双控双驾线路控制,实现卡车转向系统智能化升级改造。结果表明:经过改造后转向系统操作更加精准高效,卡车运行过程中作业人员与设备实现本质安全。The article analyzes the existing problems of heavy truck steering system.By combining the steering system with unmanned sensing system and equipped with steering displacement sensor and electric proportional directional valve,the steering system is transformed from oil circuit control to double control and double drive line control,which realize the intelligent upgrading transformation of truck steering system.The results show that the operation of the steering system after transformation is more accurate and efficient,and the operators and equipment are intrinsically safe during truck operation.
