摘 要:针对目前小包装中药自动配药系统药袋卷储盘开盘输送系统的研究空缺,同时为解决中药行业手工配药或半自动配药效率偏低的问题,创新设计了一种中药袋卷储盘开盘输送系统。采用SolidWorks软件进行机构建模,在SolidWorks Motion仿真分析模块下,基于事件的分类触发控制机制模拟吸附、转送药袋过程。仿真结果表明:在系统发出取药指令后,旋转取药机构的移动执行端能在1.5 s后抵达药袋尾部并在0.1 s后吸附药袋,3 s将药袋输送至平皮带传送初始端,0.1 s后药袋进入平皮带机构,3 s后旋转取袋机构恢复初始状态。整个开盘输送过程平稳且准确,仿真结果达到预期目的。Aiming at the current situation of research vacancy of the traditional Chinese medicine opening and conveying system in the bag roll storage tray in the small package Chinese medicine automatic dispensing system,and in order to efficiently solve the lowefficiency problem of manual dispensing or semi-automatic dispensing in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,a traditional Chinese medicine bag roll storage tray opening and conveying system was studied and designed innovatively.SolidWorks software was used to model each mechanism of the system.Under the SolidWorks Motion simulation analysis module,the event-based classified trigger control mechanism simulated the process that the vacuum suction cup at the executive end of the rotating bag taking mechanism started to absorb the end of the traditional Chinese medicine bag on the bag roll storage tray when it received the medicine dispensing command,and then rotated again the vacuum suction cup at the executive end of the bag-taking mechanism to transfer it to the flat belt conveyor.The simulation results showed that,after the system sent out the medicine-taking command,the mobile execution end of the rotating medicine-taking mechanism could reach the tail of the medicine bag after 1.5 s,absorb the medicine bag after 0.1 s,and transport the medicine bag to the initial end of the flat belt transmission in 3 s.After 0.1 s,the medicine bag entered the flat belt mechanism,and after 3 s,the rotating bag-taking mechanism returned to its initial state.The entire opening conveying process was stable and accurate,and the simulation results achieved the expected purpose.
