摘  要:基于光纤传能设计并开发了光纤式激光诱导击穿光谱实验平台,该平台包含纳秒脉冲激光源、光纤光谱仪、数字延时发生装置等硬件设备,同时包含具备光谱数据显示储存、定量分析、结果报告等功能的配套软件。实验平台解决了激光-光纤耦合、激光馈出后的二次聚焦、光谱信号收集回传等关键技术。研究结果表明:所开发的光纤式激光诱导击穿光谱实验平台运行稳定;实现了材料元素组成远距离的自动化识别与定量检测。在激光诱导击穿光谱仪器设计、开发方面具备较好的参考价值。Based on energy transmission by the optical fiber,an experimental platform of fiber-optic laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is designed and developed.The platform includes nanosecond pulsed laser source,optical fiber spectrometer,digital delay generator and other hardware devices,as well as supporting software with the functions of spectral data display and storage,quantitative analysis and result report.The key technologies,such as laser-fiber coupling,secondary focusing after laser feed-out,and spectral signal collection and return,are provided in this platform.The research results show that the developed platform of fiber-optic laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy benefits the stability,and it can realize the automatic identification and quantitative detection of material composition in a long distance,which has important reference value for the design and development of the laser-induced breakdown spectrometer.
