摘　　要：湿疹是临床上不同年龄阶段发病率均较高的一种常见的皮肤系统疾病,根据病程主要分为急性湿疹、亚急性湿疹和慢性湿疹。急性湿疹主要表现为明显渗出倾向;亚急性湿疹多在急性湿疹的基础上发展而来,表现为红斑、鳞屑和轻度浸润;慢性湿疹则是在前两者的发展上迁延而来,多表现为苔藓样变,瘙痒明显,严重影响生活质量。中医外治法包括药物疗法和非药物疗法两大类,通过临床研究证实,中医外治法治疗湿疹具有方法多样、疗效确切、经济实惠、安全性高及复发率低的优点。本文就目前已有的中医外治法治疗湿疹的研究进展作一综述。Eczema is a common skin system disease with high incidence rate in different age stages.It can be divided into acute eczema,subacute eczema and chronic eczema according to the duration of the disease.The main manifestation of acute eczema was obvious exudative tendency;Subacute eczema usually develops on the basis of acute eczema,showing erythema,scales and mild infiltration;Chronic eczema is persistent in the development of the first two,mostly manifested as lichenoid changes,itching is obvious,which seriously affects the quality of life.TCM external treatment includes drug therapy and nondrug therapy.After clinical proof,TCM external treatment of eczema has the advantages of various methods,accurate efficacy,economic benefits,high safety and low recurrence rate.Here is a summary of the current research progress in the treatment of eczema with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
