摘 要:甘薯是我国重要的粮食作物和加工原料,甘薯病毒病(SPVD)是对甘薯最具破坏性的病害。持续使用易感品种、缺乏高产和早熟抗性品种,以及缺乏有效的防治措施,都会造成甘薯病毒病的发生与蔓延。化学和生物防治方法都不能有效防治病毒性病害,所以使用抗性品种仍然是最有效和最便宜的方法。抗病育种是提高产量和减少甘薯病毒病影响的重要组成部分。文章为甘薯抗甘薯病毒病高产育种的进展和面临的挑战提供了理论依据。Sweet potato is an important food crop and processing raw material in China.Sweet potato virus disease(SPVD)is the most destructive disease to sweet potato.This paper focused on the progress and challenges of sweet potato breeding in improving yield and resistance to SPVD.The loss of production due to sweet potato virus disease has a significant negative impact on the food security and income of the rural poor.The continued use of susceptible varieties,lack of high-yielding and early-maturing resistant varieties,and lack of effective control measures all contribute to low crop yields,disease accumulation,development,and persistence.Chemical and biological control methods are not effective against viral diseases,so the use of resistant varieties is still the most effective and cheapest method.Breeding for disease resistance is an important part of increasing yield and reducing the impact of sweet potato virus disease.This paper provided a theoretical basis for the progress and challenges of high yield breeding of sweet potato against sweet potato virus disease.
