摘 要:某铅锌矿石不同矿点性质差异较大,磁选分离磁黄铁矿对选别的影响是确定最佳流程的关键。经配矿得到铅含量1.25%、锌含量3.32%的试验样品,通过条件试验确定最佳选别条件后,在实验室条件下分别选用磁-浮流程、浮-磁-浮流程、全浮流程开展开路对比试验,其中全浮选流程尾矿中损失铅金属4.92%、锌金属3.71%,选矿效果最佳。One lead-zinc ore from different mineral occurrence has big differences,pyrrhotite separation by magnetic separation has influence to mineral processing,it is the key to confirm the optimal flow.The test sample that lead content is 1.25%,zinc content is 3.32%has been got after ore proportioning,and the condition test was carried out to confirm the optimal mineral processing conditions,at the laboratory conditions the following flows were selected,the magnetic separation-flotation flow and flotation-magnetic separationflotation flow,then the open circuit contrast tests for fully flotation process was carried out,4.92%lead metal in fully flotation flow tailings was lost,3.71%zinc metal was lost,the mineral processing results were the best.
