摘 要:针对硬质石英砂岩型铜矿在磨矿过程中存在有用矿物易产生泥化现象的问题,开展了细磨阶段的磨矿介质制度优化研究。通过采用铸段替换钢球作为磨矿介质的方法,优化磨矿产品的粒度组成,并运用对比试验证明了耐磨铸段具有提高磨矿细度、降低过粉碎、改善磨矿产品的粒度组成的优点。研究结果表明,采用铸段作为细磨介质可使铜精矿品位提高0.51个百分点,尾矿品位降低0.021个百分点,回收率提高3.61个百分点。Argillization phenomenon is easy to occurr on valuable mineral during ore grinding process of hard quartz sandstonetype copper ore,therefore the optimization study on grinding medium system in fine grinding stage has been carried out.Casting segment has been used to instead of steel ball as the ore grinding media,the granularity composition of grinding minerals has been optimized,and contrast test was used to testify the following advantages of abrasive resistance casting segment,which can improve grinding fineness,decrease over crushing,improve granularity composition of ore grinding product.Study results show,when using casting segment as the fine grinding media,the grade of copper concentrate can be increased by 0.51%,the grade of tailings can be decreased by 0.021%,the recovery rate can be increased by 3.61%.
