基  金:国家重点研发计划-铝冶炼危废渣的多场协同处置与全组分利用技术集成及示范(2019YFC1904205)。

摘  要:对昆明冶金研究院冶金所近十年铝及其他冶金方面科技发展情况进行了综述。在铝冶金方面,主要围绕铝酸钠溶液中硅铁等杂质脱除、低品位铝土矿制备石油压裂支撑剂、种分母液中有机物的脱除、二次铝灰渣及赤泥的无害化与资源化利用、低浓度二氧化硫烟气治理等方面开展了系列研究;其他冶金方面,主要开展了偏硅酸钠制备高纯二氧化硅、微硅粉制备白炭黑、盐酸加压酸浸法制备人造金红石、镍钼矿氧压酸浸回收镍钼、加压氧化-硫脲浸出法回收金、电解铝Ti B2惰性阴极等技术研发;通过上述研究,冶金所在难处理镍钼矿加压湿法冶金、铝基催化剂粉体材料、节能电解铝TiB2惰性阴极关键新技术等方面实现了产业化应用与成果转化,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。It is summarized the scientific and technological development of smelting on aluminum and the other metals in recent ten years of Metallurgy institute of Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.For aluminum metallurgy,the technical research mainly revolves around the following projects:removal of silicon,iron and the other impurities from sodium aluminate solution,preparation of oil fracturing proppant prepared by low grade bauxite,removal of organic matter from seed precipitation mother liquor,harmless and resource utilization of secondary aluminum ash residue and red mud,flue gas treatment of low concentration sulfur dioxide and the other projects,and a series of researches were carried out;For the metallurgy of other metals,the technical research mainly revolves around the following projects:preparation of high purity silicon dioxide by sodium metasilicate,preparation of silica by microsilica powder,preparation of artificial rutile by hydrochloric acid pressurized acid leaching method,nimolybdenum recovery by oxygen pressure acid leaching of nimolybdenum ore,gold recovery by pressurized oxidation-thiourea leaching method,TiB2 inert cathode technology of electrolytic aluminum and so on;then the industrial application and achievements transformation of the following technologies were realized through the above mentioned researches,pressurized hydrometallurgy of refractory nimolybdenum ore,aluminum-based catalyst powder material,the critical new technology of TiB2 inert cathode for energy-saving electrolytic aluminum and so on,therefore,the better economic benefits were created for enterprises.
