摘  要:采用SO_(2)还原浸出工艺从湿法炼锌净化渣制备钴渣中高效浸出钴,研究了初始硫酸浓度、浸出时间、反应温度、SO_(2)气体浓度以及高浓度SO_(2)二段式浸出对湿法炼锌净化渣中钴浸出率的影响。结果表明,在液固比为10,初始硫酸浓度为20 g/L,浸出时间为24 h,反应温度为50℃,SO_(2)气体流速为0.15 L/min,SO_(2)气体浓度为0.25%时,钴的浸出率能达到94.50%;相同液固比、初始硫酸浓度、反应温度、SO_(2)气体流速的条件下,一段通10%SO_(2)气体2 h,二段不通气浸出反应12 h,此时的钴浸出率能达到94.68%。Cobalt preparation by zinc hydro-metallurgy purification residues was carried out by SO_(2) reducing and leaching process,it is studied the effect of initial sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,reaction time,SO_(2) gaseous concentration and high concentration SO_(2) two stage leaching process on leaching rate of cobalt of zinc hydro-metallurgy purification residues.Results show:when liquid-solid ratio is 10,the initial sulfuric acid concentration is 20 g/L,leaching time is 24 h,the reaction temperature is 50℃,the SO_(2) gaseous flow speed is 0.15 L/min,SO_(2) gaseous concentration is 0.25%,the leaching rate of cobalt can reach to 94.50%;when the liquid-solid ratio,initial sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,SO_(2) gaseous flow speed under the same conditions,10% SO_(2) flow at the first stage for 2 h,no gas flow and take leaching reaction for 12 h at the second stage,the leaching rate of cobalt can reach to 94.68%.
