摘 要:通过自制设备研究锌粉制备,获得的锌粉产品粒径-0.023μm占95%以上,粒径分布窄,分散性好。自制超细锌粉与湿法冶金锌冶炼电炉锌粉进行净化对比试验,自制锌粉除Co和Cd的效果优于电炉锌粉,生产上可取代电炉锌粉。Zinc powder preparation was studied by using of homemade equipment,the produced zinc powder has the particle size that-0.023μm was taken up more than 95%,the particle size distribution is narrow,it has good dispersibility.The purification comparison tests of the homemade ultra fine zinc powder and the electric furnace zinc powder by hydrometallurgy was carried out,Co and Cd removal results of homemade zinc powder is better than the furnace zinc powder,in the production the homemade powder can be used to instead of electric zinc powder.
