摘 要:针对铜阳极泥冶炼的副产品粗硒,开发出“预处理-常压浸出-分解沉硒”的短流程湿法提纯工艺。主要研究了常压浸出工艺各因素对硒浸出率影响规律、硒与其他贵金属分离效果的影响,分解工艺对精硒粒度和形貌特征的影响。最终获得最佳工艺参数:浸出温度>90℃,浸出液Na_(2)SO_(3)浓度范围为(260~300) g/L,固液比为1∶10,浸出时间为(2~3) h,分解温度(50~60)℃。该工艺可将粗硒提纯制备出99.7%~99.8%精硒,且实现了硒及其他贵金属元素有效分离。The by-product of copper anode slime smelting is crude selenium,therefore a wet purification process short flow that"pretreatment-atmospheric pressure leaching-decomposition and precipitation of selenium"was developed.It is mainly studied the influence rule for each factors of atmospheric pressure leaching on selenium leaching efficiency,the influence for separation effect of selenium and the other precious metals,the influence for pure selenium's particle size,morphology and features by decomposition process.The final optimal process parameters were:leaching temperature>90℃,the concentration range of leaching liquor Na_(2)SO_(3) was(260~300)g/L,the liquid-solid ratio was 1:10,the leaching time was(2~3)h,the decomposition temperature was(50~60)℃.Pure selenium with 99.7%~99.8%grade can be prepared by using of the above mentioned process,therefore the effective separation of selenium of the other precious metals can be realized.
