摘 要:研究了采用中和沉淀法脱除粗质NiSO_(4)溶液中的杂质Al^(3+)的方法。用Ca O作中和除Al^(3+)剂,考察了CaO用量,反应终点p H值,反应温度,搅拌转速等因素对粗质Ni SO_(4)溶液中Al^(3+)脱出率的影响。试验结果表明:在Ca O加入量为Al^(3)+摩尔理论总量的5倍,终点p H值5.0~5.5,反应时间为1 h,温度为(80~90)℃,搅拌转速为300 r/min,达到终点p H值并稳定0.5 h条件下,Al3+脱除率大于99%;Ni^(3+)损失率小于1.5%。It is studied the removal method for impurities Al^(3+)in crude NiSO_(4)solution by using of neutralization precipitation method.CaO has been taken as neutralizer for remover of Al^(3+),the dosage of CaO,pH value of reaction endpoint,reaction temperature,stirring speed and the other factors have been investigated to research the effect on removal rate of Al^(3+)of crude NiSO4 solution.Test results show:the addition amount of CaO was five times of Al^(3+)Mole theory total amount,pH value of endpoint was 5.0~5.5,reaction time was 1 h,temperature was(80~90)℃,stirring speed was 300 r/min,when the pH value of endpoint was reached and stable for 0.5 h,the removal rate of Al^(3+)was more than 99%,the loss rate of Ni^(2+)was less than 1.5%.
