摘  要:通过对畜禽粪便与果蔬废弃物厌氧发酵发展历程的调研,得出目前的再生利用趋势为单相混合厌氧发酵,根据原料特点可得出畜禽粪便与果蔬废弃物是良好的混合发酵原料,可以很好地解决单相厌氧发酵的酸碱抑制、C/N不适宜等问题。将两者混合单相发酵可以高效地完成共发酵反应,简化系统工艺,起到节约成本的作用。Development history investigation of anaerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure&fruit and vegetable waste has been carried out,it was concluded that the current recycling trend is single-phase mixing anaerobic fermentation,it was also concluded livestock and poultry manure&fruit and vegetable waste is good mixed fermentation ingredients,which can better solve the problems that acid-base inhibition,inapplicable C/N and other problems of single-phase anaerobic fermentation.Single-phase fermentation of both wastes can efficient finish co-fermentation,the system process can be simplified,costs can be saved.
