摘 要:采用氯化法工艺生产的钛白粉粗品作为原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法对二氧化钛颗粒表面进行水合二氧化硅包覆。并针对其主要影响因素进行四因素三水平正交试验分析,根据试验结果得到钛白包覆水合SiO_(2)的最佳工艺条件为:老化温度为90℃,老化搅拌转速为200 r/min,老化时间为180 min,老化pH值为10。同时对优化工艺条件的钛白粉样品与未包覆的钛白粉样品进行透射电子显微镜和颜料性能表征测试,分析认为最佳工艺条件下包覆水合Si O_(2)的纳米薄膜能提高钛白的耐候性能和改善钛白在颜料方面的相关性能。Crude titanium dioxide has been taken as the raw material of chlorination process,compact silica hydrate has been coated on titanium dioxide surface by sol-gel method.Four-factor three-level orthogonal test analysis has been carried out for its main influencing factors,according to the test results,the best process conditions of silica hydrate coated on titanium dioxide were:aging temperature is 90℃,aging rotating speed is 200 r/min,aging time is 180 min,aging pH value is 10.Transmission electron microscope and pigment performance characterization testing of titanium dioxide samples with optimal process conditions and uncoated titanium dioxide has been carried out,the analysis shows the weatherproof performance of titanium dioxide and the relative performance in terms of pigment can be improved by silica hydrate nanofilms coating under the best process conditions.
