摘 要:通过碘量法手工监测和挥发窑在线监测以及紫外分析仪监测和挥发窑在线监测进行比对试验和研究,结果表明挥发窑系统产生的烟气经尾吸脱硫后,尾气中存在干扰挥发窑在线监测二氧化硫的因子。通过更换紫外分析仪,完美避免了干扰因子的影响,使挥发窑尾气中二氧化硫的浓度长期≤80 mg/m3,达到行业特别排放限值要求,窑系统运行稳定。Contrast experimental investigation on iodometry manual monitoring with on-line monitoring of volatilizing kiln and UV analyzer monitoring with on-line monitoring of volatilizing kiln has been carried out,results show offgas generated by volatilizing kiln system after tailing suction desulfurization process,there still have sulfur dioxide factors that can interfere with the on-line monitoring of volatilization.Then UV analyzer was replaced,the influence of interference factors is perfectly avoided,the sulfur dioxide concentration in volatilizing kiln offgas≤80 mg/m^(3) for a long time,it can meet the emission limit requirements of industry,the operation of volatilizing kiln is stable.
