摘 要:针对铅银阳极板存在的析氧超电位高、电能消耗大、电流效率低、抗Cl腐蚀性差等不足,研发了稀土合金阳极板,并开展了稀土合金阳极板与传统铅银阳极板在不同电积工艺控制参数下的工业对比试验,结果表明:稀土合金阳极板在电锌产量、电流效率、电单耗、耐腐蚀性、锌片含铅量等方面有一定优势,稀土合金板平均槽电压较铅银板低(50~70) mV;电单耗较铅银板低(140.20~305.54) kWh/t·Zn;电流效率较铅银板高3.25%~7.25%;平均每月减重较铅银板少0.37 kg。Lead-silver anode plate has the following shortcomings that high oxygen evolution potential,high electrical energy consumption,low current efficiency,poor corrosion resistance to C1 and so on,one company developed the rare earth alloy anode plate and conducted the industrial comparative test for rare earth alloy anode plate and traditional lead-silver anode plate under different electrowinning process control parameters,results show that the rare earth alloy anode plate has a certain advantages on electrozinc production,current efficiency,corrosion resistance,lead content in zinc plate and so on,especially,the advantages are more prominent in the early stage of use.Test data show,the average cell voltage of rare earth alloy plate is(50~70)mV,which is lower than that of leadsilver plate;the single power consumption is(140.20~305.54)KWh/t.Zn,which is lower than that of lead-silver plate;the current efficiency is 3.25%~7.25%,which is higher than that of lead-silver plate;the average weight loss per month is 0.37 kg,which is lower than that of lead-silver plate.
