摘 要:针对云南某矽卡岩型高硫铜矿进行工艺矿物学研究,通过对矿石的结构构造、元素及矿物组成、嵌布特征等性质的研究,为选矿工艺的制定提供数据支撑。研究结果表明:矿石中铜的品位为0.80%,铜主要赋存于黄铜矿、硫砷铜矿、砷黝铜矿等硫化铜矿物中,可通过浮选法进行回收。矿石伴生有价元素银、硫也均有一定综合利用价值。同时,因矿石自身性质将产生较多影响选矿指标的不利因素,需要在选矿工艺制定过程中予以重视。Process mineralogy study on one skarn type high sulfur copper ore in Yunnan has been carried out,the structure construction,elements and mineral composition,dissemination characteristics and the other properties of ore has been studied,which provide data support to mineral processing technology establishment.Study results show,copper grade in ore is 0.80%,copper occur in chalcopyrite,garbyite,erythroconite and the other copper sulfide minerals,it can be recycled by flotation.Ore associated with valuable elements like silver and sulfur,it has a certain comprehensive utilization value.Meanwhile,there are a lot of negative factors for mineral processing technology due to properties of ore itself,therefore,the negative factors should be emphasized during establishment process of mineral processing technology.
