摘 要:反应堆保护系统通道旁通是反应堆正常运行中对某一保护通道相关设备进行维修或试验时采用的一种重要闭锁手段。目前,新建核电站主要为“华龙一号”。该系统架构采用4取2典型停堆逻辑降级方式,旁通设计较为成熟。区别于“华龙一号”,某数字化改造项目采用3取2逻辑降级停堆方式,原设计为模拟技术,旁通手段粗暴,不利于维护。对比二者旁通设计要求发现,基于系统架构的不同,二者在通道旁通时所对应停堆断路器的状态不同。进一步研究“华龙一号”旁通方案发现若该数字化改造项目通道旁通采用相同的设计原理,可能会导致误停堆。因此,引入停堆断路器状态检查,并设计互锁逻辑,可防止通道旁通时导致误停堆情况的发生。该方案也可为系统架构为3取2逻辑降级停堆的反应堆保护系统提供借鉴。Reactor protection system channel bypass is an important means of locking the reactor normal operation of a protection channel related equipment for maintenance or experiment.At present,the newly built nuclear power plants are mainly“HPR1000”.The system architecture adopts the typical stopping logic degradation method of 4 to 2,and the bypass design is more mature.Different from the“HPR1000”,a digital transformation project using 3 to 2 logic degradation stopping mode,the original design for the analog technology,bypass means of rough,not conducive to maintenance.Comparing the bypass design requirements of the two,it is found that based on the different system architectures of the two,the status of the circuit breakers corresponding to the decommissioning is different when the channel is bypassed.Further study of the“HPR1000”bypass program reveals that if the same design principle is adopted for the channel bypass of the digital retrofit project,it may lead to erroneous reactor shutdown.Therefore,the introduction of the state checking of the shutdown circuit breaker and the design of the interlocking logic can prevent the occurrence of false shutdown when the channel bypass is used.This scheme can also be used as a reference for reactor protection systems with a system architecture of 3 to 2 logic for degraded shutdown.
