摘 要:为了使核电厂反应堆电力电子化控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)电源在不同工况下安全、可靠运行,研究了其数字控制系统设计方法。重点考虑了采样保持器和数字控制延时对系统稳定性的影响,并采用最佳阻尼设计方法对各级变换器控制器参数进行整定,形成了一套完整的电力电子化CRDM电源数字控制系统设计方法。仿真结果表明,系统稳态性能良好,并能够在负荷突变和故障切换等工况下快速、平稳地过渡到新稳态。该结果验证了所提设计方法的正确性和有效性。该设计方法对核电厂其他电力电子装置数字控制系统设计具有一定的指导意义。To make the power electronic control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)power supply for nuclear power plant reactors operate safely and reliably under different working conditions,its digital control system design method is studied.Focusing on the influence of sampling keeper and digital control delay on system stability and adopting the optimal damping design method to rectify the converter controller parameters at all levels,a complete set of digital control system design methods for power electronic CRDM power supply is formed.The simulation results show that the system has good steady state performance and can quickly and smoothly transition to the new steady state under operating conditions such as sudden load change and fault switching.The results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed design method.The design method is of great significance in guiding the design of digital control systems for other power electronic devices in nuclear power plants.
