摘  要:传统的安全级分布式控制系统(DCS)设计以单个控制站或机柜为单位开展设计工作,由于彼此之间信息交互较少,导致设计阶段的问题较多地在装配和测试环节被发现。为进一步提升安全级DCS设计效率及质量,提出了一种基于虚拟DCS的全域仿真验证技术的设计方法。在设计过程中引入一体化协同设计方法,实现了DCS系统设计、软件设计及硬件设计的深度协同;利用一体化仿真验证平台,实现对DCS软、硬件设计的一致性、外部接口的完整性及逻辑功能正确性的仿真验证;通过仿真验证能及时发现深层次的设计问题,规避了设计差错引入后续环节。该设计方法能够大幅提升安全级DCS的设计效率及质量。Traditional safety⁃grade distributed control system(DCS)design carries out design work with individual control stations or cabinets,which results in more problems in the design stage being discovered in the assembly and testing sessions due to less information interaction among them.In order to further improve the efficiency and quality of safety⁃grade DCS design,a design method based on the full⁃domain simulation and verification technology of virtual DCS is proposed.The integrated collaborative design method is introduced in the design process,realizing the deep collaboration of DCS system design,software design and hardware design;the integrated simulation verification platform is used to realize the simulation verification of the consistency of DCS software and hardware design,the integrity of external interfaces,and the correctness of logic functions;the deep design problems can be discovered in time through the simulation verification,and the introduction of design errors into the subsequent process can be avoided.This design method can greatly improve the design efficiency and quality of safety⁃grade DCS.
