摘 要:由于分布式控制系统(DCS)网络通信设计、信号传输方式配置不合理,导致了国内核电厂多起由于DCS网络故障引发的机组非计划停机、停堆。为解决这个问题,对核电厂DCS设备设计和集成阶段开展跨控制器网络传输信号优化研究。从核电厂DCS网络设计和信号传输设计入手,深入分析原因并明确优化方向,全面排查了1900多项跨控制器网络传输信号、制定了硬接线传输的审查原则和优化方案,落实了130项参与机组重要控制、保护和联锁的跨控制器网络传输信号的优化项。此项研究有效避免了机组商运后的大量技术改造和验证工作,提高了机组商运后运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性。Due to the irrational configuration of dstributed control system(DCS)network communication design and signal transmission method,it has led to many cases of unplanned unit shutdowns and stoppages in domestic nuclear power plants because of DCS network failures.To solve this problem,a study is conducted to carry out cross⁃controller network transmission signal optimization during the design and integration stages of DCS equipment in nuclear power plants.Starting from the DCS network design and signal transmission design of the nuclear power plant,the causes are analyzed and the analyzed direction of optimization is defined,more than 1,900 cross⁃controller network transmission signals,comprehensively examined are the principles of reviewing and optimizing hardwired transmissions are formulated,and 130 optimization items for cross⁃controller network transmission signals involved in the important control,protection,and interlocking of the unit are imdemented.The study effectively avoided a lot of technical modification and verification work after the commercial operation of the unit,and improved the safety,stability,and economy after the unit’s commercial operation.
