摘 要:为了方便、快捷、有效地实现对堆外核仪表系统的功能性能测试,对集成化堆外核仪表系统测试设备进行了设计和验证。采用信号输出模块、信号采集模块、通信模块和上位机组成了该测试设备,并通过对上位机的软件设计实现了上位机对测试设备的控制。该测试设备能够在实现向堆外核仪表系统输入信号的同时,对堆外核仪表系统输出信号进行连续监测。对该测试设备的功能性能进行了测试。测试结果为:信号输出模块中,微电流输出误差均小于0.5%、输出脉冲信号大于1000 Hz时误差最大为0.018%、输出直流电流信号误差最大为0.07%、输出电压信号误差最大为0.07%;信号采集模块中,直流电流信号采集误差最大为0.13%、低压电压信号采集误差最大为0.07%、高压信号采集误差最大为0.14%;所有开关量采集通道功能正常。该测试设备能够应用于堆外核仪表系统的功能性能测试,为后续研究自动化、智能化堆外核仪表系统测试设备提供参考。To realize the functional performance test of the off⁃heap nuclear instrumentation system conveniently,quickly and effectively,the integrated off⁃reactor nuclear instrumentation system test equipment is designed and verified.The signal output module,signal acquisition module,communication module and host computer are used to form this test equipment,and the control of the test equipment by the host computer is realized through the software design of the host computer.The test equipment can continuously monitor the output signal of the off⁃reactor nuclear instrumentation system while realizing the input signal to the off⁃reactor nuclear instrumentation system.The functional performance of the text equipment is tested.The test results are as follows:in the signal output module,the micro⁃current output error is less than 0.5%,the maximum error is 0.018%when the output pulse signal is larger than 1000 Hz,the maximum error is 0.07%for the output direct current current signal,and the maximum error is 0.07%for the output voltage signal;in the signal acquisition module,the maximum error is 0.13%for the direct current current signal,the maximum error is 0.07%for the low voltage signal acquisition,and the maximum error is 0.07%for the high voltage signal acquisition;all the switching acquisition channels function normally.The test equipment can be applied to the functional performance test of off⁃reactor nuclear instrumentation system,which provides reference for the subsequent research of automated and intelligent off⁃heap nuclear instrumentation system test equipment.
