摘  要:随着我国核电事业的快速发展,对核电厂建设的质量要求越来越高。众多核级设备制造商引入美国商品级物项适用性确认方法作为核电厂控制零部件质量的有效方案。但是在引入过程中,美国的方法及体系并不完全适用于国内的法规及管理要求。基于对国内外核安全设备质量管理体系、标准和技术方法的研究,重点考虑我国核电厂安全级设备零部件采购管理和质量验证的实际情况和许可管理制度,通过在国内项目的实践,形成一套适用于我国的零部件质量验证方法。通过项目的实践,进一步证明了该方法的正确性和可用性。该方法的研究对于推动我国的零部件质量管理体系建设具有重要意义。With the rapid development of China’s nuclear power business,the quality requirements for nuclear power plant construction are getting higher and higher.Many nuclear⁃grade equipment manufacturers have introduced the U.S.commercial⁃grade item dedication confirmation method as an effective scheme of controlling the quality of components in nuclear power plants.However,in the process of introduction,the U.S.methods and systems are not fully applicable to domestic regulations and management requirements.Based on the study of domestic and international nuclear safety equipment quality management system,standards,and technical methods,focusing on the actual situation of procurement management and quality verification of safety⁃grade equipment components of China’s nuclear power plants and the licensing and management system,a set of quality verification methods for components applicable to China is formed through the practice of the project in China.The correctness and usability of the method are further proved through the practice on the project.The research of the method is of great significance in promoting the construction of quality management system of components in China.
