摘 要:为了实现核电阀门限位开关的可靠鉴定,研究了一种针对核电厂阀门限位开关的鉴定试验方法。分析了基准试验、极限工况下试验、评价设备性能随时间变化的试验、抗震试验和严重事故试验阶段的鉴定实施方法。该方法包括不同阶段和不同工况下的试验要求,能够确保核电阀门限位开关在各种工况和时间变化下的稳定性和可靠性。该研究可为核电行业提供更安全可靠的设备,也为核电厂K1级相关仪控设备的鉴定试验提供指导和参考。同时,该研究对核电领域的安全运行和设备可靠性研究具有重要推进作用。To realize the reliable qualification of nuclear power valve limit switches,a qualification test method for valve limit switches in nuclear power plants is studied.The qualification implementation methods for the baseline test,the test under extreme working conditions,the test to evaluate the change of equipment performance over time,the seismic test and the severe accident test stage are aralyzed.The method includes test requirements at different stages and under different operating conditions,which can ensure the stability and reliability of nuclear power valve limit switches under various operating conditions and time changes.The research can provide safer and more reliable equipment for the nuclear power industry,as well as guidance and reference for the qualification test of K1 level related instrumentation and control equipment in nuclear power plants.At the same time,it is important to promote the safe operation and equipment reliability research in the field of nuclear power.
