摘 要:作为核反应堆测量系统的重要组成之一,堆外核测量系统能够实时连续测得反应堆物理参数。核电站堆外核测量数字仪表控制系统的设计需要采用模块化的方法来提高设计效率,以提升设备的可靠性和可维护性。设计了堆外核测量系统的模块化构建方案。该方案以基础模块为基础,由源量程、中间量程、功率量程三个部分构建了整个系统。在此基础上,设计了堆外核测量系统机柜。该机柜能够接收探测器的信号,经处理后将计算结果和设备状态等综合信息发送至其他系统。在不同工况下,综合各项鉴定标准的机柜通过了功能性能试验、长期稳定性试验、堆上测试和鉴定试验。电磁兼容试验、环境试验和抗震试验结果证明,该方案能够在核电仪控设备中批量化应用,并且有利于实现堆外核测设备的数字化。As one of the important components of the nuclear reactor measurement system,the ex⁃core nuclear measurement system is capable of continuously measuring reactor physical parameters in real time.The design of ex⁃core nuclear measurement digital instrumentation and control system for nuclear power plants requires a modular approach to improve the design efficiency to enhance the reliability and maintainability of the equipment.A modularized construction scheme for the ex⁃core nuclear measurement system is designed.The scheme is based on the basic module and consists of three parts to constrad the entire system,which are source range,intermediate range and power range.On this basis,a cabinet for the ex⁃core nuclear measurement system is designed.The cabinet is capable of receiving signals from the detctor and sending processing comprehensive information such as calculation results and equipment status to the other systems.The cabinet has passed functional performance testing,long term stability testing,on pile testing and qualification tests under different operating conditions and has integrated all the qualification criteria.Electromagnetic compatibility test,environmental test,seismic test results show that the program can be applied in nuclear power instrumentation and control equipment in batch and is conducive to the realization of the digitization of ex⁃core nuclear measurement equipment.
