摘  要:“华龙一号”是我国自主设计的第三代核电技术。其核仪表系统设备中的二次仪表主要使用进口产品。为替代进口产品,以“华龙一号”为对象,开展了自主数字化核仪表系统设备设计。在设备设计中,围绕核仪表系统设备微弱信号测量的特点,运用电压频率转换、电流频率转换等测量技术,实现全光隔离的硬件架构,提高了数字化核仪表自身的抗电磁干扰能力。吸取国内外同类设备在设计和使用中的经验,集成了核电厂常用的反应性计算和反应堆失水事故计算功能,并研发了具备自动测试功能的移动服务单元。通过核安全级设备要求的基准试验、电磁兼容性试验、环境试验和地震试验,证明了该设备满足“华龙一号”核仪表系统设备的要求。该设备的研制可支撑我国核仪表系统设备的自主供货。“ACP1000”is the third⁃generation nuclear power technology designed by China.The secondary instruments in its nuclear instrumentation system equipment mainly use imported products.To replace the imported products,“ACP1000”as the object,the independent digital nuclear instrumentation system equipment design is carried out.In the equipment design,around the nuclear instrumentation system equipment characteristics of weak signal measurement,the use of voltage⁃frequency conversion,current⁃frequency conversion and other measurement technologies,the realization of full optical isolation of the hardware architecture,to improve the digital nuclear instrumentation of its own ability to resist electromagnetic interference.Drawing on the experience of similar equipment at home and abroad in design and use,it integrates the functions of reactivity calculation and reactor water loss accident calculation,which are commonly used in nuclear power plants,and develops a mobile service unit with automatic test function.Through the benchmark test,electromagnetic compatibility test,environmental test and seismic test required for nuclear safety grade equipment,it has been proved that the equipment meets the requirements of nuclear instrumentation system equipment of“ACP1000”.The development of this equipment can support the independent supply of nuclear instrumentation system equipment in China.
