摘  要:核电站等涉核场所使用的表污监测设备是检测核辐射工作场所表面、工作人员体表放射性污染程度的重要工具。降低其本底计数可以得到稳定、可靠的数据,提高表面发射率响应,从而增强辐射监测设备的性能。在现有闭气探测器上,结合探测器与电路结构,分析各项功能。通过对反符合电路的全面调研,选用测量层与反符合层双路反符合电路设计,实现输入信号幅度甄别与反符合功能,进而提升反符合效能及探测系统综合物理指标。测试结果表明:采用反符合电路实现了在测量时α反符合β信号的目的,从而降低了α对β的串道比;降低了环境γ射线与宇宙射线对本底的影响,从而降低了最低可探测下限。同时,通过阈值电压设定也可达到提高探测精度的目的。Surface contamination monitoring equipment used in nuclear power plants and other nuclear⁃related sites is an important tool for detecting the level of radioactive contamination on the surface of nuclear radiation workplaces and on the body surfaces of workers.Reducing its background count can obtain stable and reliable data and improve the surface emissivity response,thus enhancing the performance of radiation monitoring equipment.On the existing closed⁃gas detector,the functions are analyzed by combining the detector and circuit structure.Through a comprehensive study of the anti⁃compliance circuit,the measurement layer and the anti⁃compliance layer are selected as the two⁃way anti⁃compliance circuit design,which realizes the input signal amplitude screening and anti⁃compliance function,and thus improves the anti⁃compliance efficiency and the comprehensive physical index of the detection system.The test results show that:the use of anti⁃compliance circuit realizes the purpose ofαanti⁃compliance toβsignal during measurement,thus reducing the crosstalk ratio ofαtoβ;reduces the influence of ambientγ⁃rays and cosmic rays on the background,thus lowering the lower limit of minimum detectability.At the same time,the threshold voltage setting can also achieve the purpose of improving the detection accuracy.
