核工业管道外壁面的温度测量准确性研究

摘　　要：接触式表面温度测量所用仪表因结构简单、经济性好,被广泛应用在各种工业领域。但其测量的复杂性和测量结果的不确定性,在实际工程应用中研究得还不够充分,使用中引起的测量准确性问题也频繁出现。为此,有必要对壁温测量中影响准确性的因素进行研究,从而为工程应用提供参考。对钢制管道表面温度测量的特点、测量准确性误差来源、表面温度计类型的选择以及表面温度测点设置进行论证和分析,并在分析的基础上开展了多类型温度计不同安装方式的对比验证试验。验证结果表明在壁温测量应用中,相同结构和材质的热电偶温度计的动态响应性能和测温准确性优于铂热电阻;同类型、相同结构和材质的温度计捆绑式或焊接式安装的测温准确性高于压力接触式。Instruments used for contact surface temperature measurement are widely used in various industrial fields because of their simple structure and good economy.However,the complexity of its measurement and the uncertainty of the measurement results have not been sufficiently studied in practical engineering applications,and the problems of measurement accuracy caused by its use appear frequently.For this reason,it is necessary to study the factors affecting accuracy in wall temperature measurement,to provide reference for engineering applications.The characteristics of surface temperature measurement of steel pipelines,the sources of measurement accuracy errors,the selection of surface thermometer types and surface temperature measurement point settings are demonstrated and analyzed,and based on the analysis,a comparative validation test is carried out for different installation methods of multiple types of thermometers.Validation results show that,in the wall temperature measurement applications,with the same structure and material thermocouple thermometer dynamic response performance and temperature measurement accuracy is better than platinum resistance temperature detector;with the same type,the same structure,temperature measurement accuracy of material thermometer bundled or welded mounting is higher than pressure contact mounting.
