摘  要:高速铁路道岔是与高速列车直接接触的重要信号设备,其控制电路的故障检测手段目前仍停留在简单仪器与人的经验相结合的方式。为了实现道岔控制电路故障的智能诊断,提高故障诊断的准确率并降低单一诊断方法带来的不确定性,文章结合道岔控制电路中DKJ继电器自闭问题,通过该道岔室内控制电路的原理和室外道岔动作机械特性,深入分析故障现象形成原因,并提出建议,经过本文的归纳和总结,在实际应用中可以减少相同故障的发生。High-speed railway switch is an important signal equipment in direct contact with high-speed train.The fault detection method of its control circuit is still the combination of simple instrument and human experience.In order to realize intelligent fault diagnosis of switch control circuit,improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and reduce the uncertainty caused by a single diagnosis method,this paper combines the self-closing problem of DKJ relay in the switch control circuit,through the principle of indoor control circuit of the switch and the mechanical characteristics of outdoor switch action,in-depth analysis of the causes of the fault phenomenon,and puts forward their own suggestions.After the induction and summary of this paper,in practical application it can reduce the occurrence of the same fault.
