摘　　要：总结分析腰骶段选择性脊神经后根切断术治疗1例脑性瘫痪患儿的护理经验。术前做好患者安全护理、心理护理、饮食护理、功能锻炼的指导,完善相关检查;术后做好生命体征的观察,加强及管路维护和皮肤护理,积极预防头晕、头痛、恶心呕吐、等并发症,并指导合理饮食,以预防术后腹胀、便秘。This article summarized the nursing measures for a pediatric patient with spastic cerebral palsy treated by lumbosacral selective posterior rhizotomy.Safety management,psychological care,nutrition care,exercise counseling and preoperative evaluation should be enhanced before operation.Key issues of postoperative nursing included observation of vital signs,maintenance of indwelling catheter,skin care,prevention of complications such as dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,guidance on reasonable diet to prevent postoperative abdominal distension and constipation.
