摘　　要：本文总结1例Leber家族遗传性视神经病患者中医外治护理体会。基于中医理论指导辨证施护,采用耳穴贴压、梅花针、中药离子导入中医外治,同时配合饮食护理、情志护理等常规护理干预,有助于提高患者治疗依从性,缓解视力障碍。This article reviews the clinical data of a patient with Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy,and summarizes Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)external treatment and related nursing measures.Under the guidance of TCM theory and syndrome differentiation,external treatments such as auricular acupuncture,plum-blossom acupuncture,and Chinese medicine iontophoresis were carried out to relieve visual impairment of the patient.Routine nursing interventions including nutrition support and emotion care were implemented for better compliance during the treamtent.
