摘　　要：本文总结1例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的护理经验,包括饮食管理、心理管理、疼痛管理、预防并发症、延续性护理等。通过实施个体化的护理干预,能有效减轻患者疼痛,改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,加速患者康复。To summarize and analyze the nursing care of a patient with lumbar disc herniation after operation.Targeted integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing program was developed for the patient.Key issues of nursing included diet management,psychological management,pain management,prevention of potential complications and so on.Individualized nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the pain and negative emotions,improve the quality of life and accelerate recovery after surgery.
