摘  要:直播电商是一种将直播作为渠道来实现营销目标的电子商务形式,是数字化时代中直播和电子商务的双向融合产物。2020年,直播电商模式全面暴发,“直播+电商”的新零售业态迅速兴起,而2022年中国的直播电商市场规模进一步扩大。随着直播电商迅速发展,对直播电商人才的需求日益增强,直播行业的相关岗位大幅增加,然而,培养直播电商人才的模式滞后明显。因此,应用型本科院校的电子商务专业需要及时调整教学方向,以适应市场的变化,把握社会对人才的需求方向,为地方产业发展提供支持。Live streaming e-commerce is a form of e-commerce that uses live streaming as a channel to achieve marketing goals,and is a two-way fusion product of live streaming and e-commerce in the digital era.In 2020,the live streaming e-commerce model fully exploded,and a new retail format of"live streaming+e-commerce"rapidly emerged.In 2022,the scale of China live streaming ecommerce market further expanded.With the rapid development of e-commerce live streaming,the demand for e-commerce live streaming talents is increasing,and the number of related positions in the live streaming industry has significantly increased.However,the model of cultivating live streaming e-commerce talents lags behind significantly.Therefore,e-commerce majors in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges need to adjust their teaching direction in a timely manner to adapt to market changes,grasp the direction of social demand for talent,and provide support for local industrial development.
