移动医疗APP在门诊医疗服务中的应用——以重庆市精神卫生中心为例

摘　　要：随着信息技术的高速发展,国内医院信息系统建设的重心逐渐从面向管理人员的信息系统转向以电子病历为核心的临床信息系统,医疗卫生信息化服务也开始向院外延伸。文章以重庆市精神卫生中心为例,对其建立的“网络医院”“掌上医院”等移动医疗APP展开了研究。研究发现,以上移动医疗APP可对诊疗全过程实行闭环管理,能有效解决候诊时间长、检验等候时间长、缴费等候时间长、诊疗时间短等问题。With the rapid development of information technology,the focus of domestic hospital information system construction has gradually shifted from information systems for managers to clinical information systems with electronic medical records as the core,and medical and health information services have begun to extend outside the hospital.Taking Chongqing Mental Health Center as an example,this paper studies its mobile medical APPs such as"network hospital"and"palm hospital"The study found that the above mobile medical APPs can implement closed-loop management of the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,which can effectively solve the problems of long waiting time for treatment,long waiting time for inspection,long waiting time for payment and short time for diagnosis and treatment.
