摘　　要：文章系统介绍了美国研究型大学有组织研究单位的起源和发展,分析了其在推动美国大学科研、灵活服务社会方面所起的作用、所做的贡献和存在的问题。The author of this article systematically introduces the origin and development of the organized research units in American research universities,and analyzes its role,contribution and existing problems in promoting scientific research in American universities and flexibly serving the needs of the society.
