基于大数据情感计算的政府网络身份互动建构研究

摘　　要：本研究采用Python编程方法抓取政府官方微博在突发自然灾害事件期间发布的博文及评论语料,结合词云图、认知情感值以及相关语料实例,分析政府网络语用身份在不同阶段的历时互动建构。研究发现,政府官微主要建构了公开透明型身份、担当作为型身份、竭诚服务型身份、积极引导型身份等几种身份类型,且在事件发展的不同阶段呈现不同的凸显度。不同类型的语用身份会引发网民的不同情感反应,网民的认知情感反应也会对政府身份的建构产生互动影响,二者呈现异步驱动的互动模式和正负情感共振耦合的人际语用机制。The present study,using Python software to capture massive data of posts and comments concerning natural disaster emergencies on official micro blogs,aims to analyze the diachronic interactive construction of government pragmatic identities based on a combination of word cloud diagram,cognitive sentiment and relevant examples.It is found that,under natural emergencies,the government official micro blogs mainly construct four types of pragmatic identities,namely,information-transparent identity,responsibility-shouldering identity,dedicatedly-serving identity,and positivelyguiding identity,with each demonstrating varying degrees of prominence at different stages.Different pragmatic identities can arouse different cognitive sentiments of netizens,and netizens'sentiments can also affect the construction of government online identities,showing an asynchronous mutually-driven interactive pattern and positive/negative resonant interpersonal pragmatic mechanism.
