摘  要:采用DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数分析法对2010—2020年我国农产品流通进行了动静态效率分析,较之以往研究,该研究对农产品流通效率评价体系进行了相关梳理,重新定义了相关投入和产出指标,构建了包括农产品流通固定资本投入、劳动力投入、交通运输基础建设等的农产品流通效率评价指标体系,通过数据包络分析法得出,全国31个省市不论从整体上还是分地区来看,农产品流通效率发展水平有待进一步提高,其中,技术因素是导致农产品流通效率低下的主要原因,并存在着资本投入冗余和交通运输投入冗余情况,在之后的Tobit回归分析中可证得,并结合影响因素分析结果对我国农产品流通效率高效发展提出相关建议。A dynamic and static efficiency analysis of the distribution of agricultural products in China from 2010 to 2020 was performed using the DEA-BCC model and the DEA-Malmquist index method.Compared with previous studies,this study provided a comprehensive review of the efficiency evaluation system of agricultural product distribution.It redefined relevant input and output indicators and constructs an evaluation framework that included fixed capital input,labour input,transportation infrastructure and other factors that influence the efficiency of agricultural product circulation.Using data envelopment analysis,the study found that the efficiency of agricultural product circulation in all 31 provinces and municipalities in China needed further improvement at both the national and regional levels.Technical factors were identified as the main veuson of low efficiency in agricultural product circulation,with redundancy observed in capital and transport inputs.This finding was confirmed by subsequent Tobit regression analysis,combined with an examination of influencing factors,leading to the formulation of relevant recommendations for the efficient development of agricultural product distribution in China.
