摘 要:以四川白花丹参(SCBH)为试材,以川丹参1号(SDC-1)、山东白花丹参(SDBH)和山东丹参(SD)为对照,采用统计测量法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和系统聚类分析法(UPGMA),对SCBH与CDS-1、SDBH和SD的植株地上部分形态特征、根部农艺性状以及主要有效成分含量的25个性状进行了比较和聚类分析,以期为丹参花色变异提供参考依据。结果表明:SCBH的表型特征与CDS-1相似度较高,与SD和SDBH有显著差异。聚类分析结果显示,SCBH与CDS-1的遗传距离较小,表明二者之间的亲缘关系较近;SCBH与SD和SDBH的亲缘关系较远。初步判断SCBH应是CDS-1的白花突变体。Taking SCBH(Salvia miltiorrhiza f.albafound in Sichuan)as the research material,and SDC-1(S.miltiorrhizacultivated in Sichuan),SDBH(S.miltiorrhizaf.albafrom Shandong)and SD(S.miltiorrhiza from Shandong)as the control materials,25traits of plant and root agronomic characters and main active ingredient contents of SCBH,CDS-1,SDBH,and SD were compared and cluster analyzed by statistical measurement,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means(UPGMA),in order to provide referene for the flower color variation in S.miltiorrhiza.The results showed that the phenotypic characteristics of SCBH were more similar to CDS-1,and significantly different from SD and SDBH.The clustering analysis results showed that there was smaller genetic distance between SCBH and CDS-1,indicated that SCBH was closely related to CDS-1.In contrast,whether the genetic distance between SCBH and SD or between SCBH and SDBH was bigger,suggested that the genetic relationship between SCBH and SD/SDBH was farther away.It was preliminarily speculated that SCBH might be a white flower mutant of CDS-1.
