摘 要:文章以全面实现设计项目管理数字化为前提,分别从设计项目管理数字化的概念、常用软件及用途、应用案例及实施路径等多方面做出介绍。利用国内外常用的一些设计管理软件分析,剖析设计项目管理数字化的基本需求和目标,借助案例论述在BIM环境下如何自主研发个性化设计项目管理平台,提高设计项目管理质量、准确性,能够为今后设计项目管理智能化、数字化的实现夯实基础。On the premise of comprehensively implementing digitalization of design project management,the concept,commonly used software and purposes,application cases and implementation means,etc.of design project management digitalization were respectively introduced in this paper.Some design management software frequently utilized at home and abroad was selected to analyze basic demands and objectives of design project management digitalization.Moreover,case study was also performed with the aim to clarify how to independently develop a personalized design project management plaform in the context of building information modeling BIM.In this way,a solid foundation can be laid for future intelligent and digitalized project management of design on the basis of improving project management quality andaccuracy.
