摘 要:为了解决轮胎表面花纹脱模斜度修改过程繁琐、设计效率低的问题,在构建花纹特征属性邻接图的基础上,建立了识别轮胎花纹特征型面类型、判断是否存在负脱模斜度的算法。基于UG10.0 API开发相应程序,对花纹特征脱模斜度自动进行批量修改。企业实际应用表明,开发的程序运行稳定、效果良好,能较大提高模具设计效率。In order to solve the problem that a tire pattern feature surface draft angle modified process is cumbersome and the design process is inefficient,based on the construction of a pattern feature attribute adjacency graph,an algorithm was established to identify the type of a tire pattern feature surface and judge whether there is a negative draft angle.An application has been developed based on UG10.0 API to realize automatic batch modification of the tire pattern feature draft angle.The actual application result in an enterprise shows that the developed program runs stably and the effect is good,which can greatly improve the efficiency of a tire mold design.
